ABOUT US
WAKATAKE, which literally means young (Waka) bamboo (Take), is an Aikido dojo located at Jumpstreet fitness center inside Arrows Badminton Alley, 13th Lacson St., Bacolod City. Wakatake Dojo is a relatively young dojo affiliated with and under the supervision of Kyokan Dojo.
WAKATAKE DOJO started to offer classes in January 2014. We only had two sessions [Mon & Wed] per week back then. But due to students' request, we added a weekend schedule. We now accept students (7 y.o. and up). Contact us for more details or if you have any questions.
In Wakatake Dojo, all Aikidokas/Budo pratictioners are welcome to join regardless of affiliation, federation you belong to or style. See you on the mats!
